Tom Schroeter is both a mining and geological engineer with over thirty five years experience related to the mining industry in Canada. After working in the private sector with a variety of mining companies, he worked with the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, being based in Vancouver over the last twenty one years. Tom Schroeter established a reputation as one of the most respected and expert authorities on British Columbia's geology and mineral deposits.

Victor Tanaka has over thirty five years Canadian and international experience as a geologist and exploration manager with junior and senior mining companies. During his career, he has participated in a number of significant mineral discoveries. Prior to joining Fjordland, Victor held senior positions with Freeport McMoran Gold Co., Aber Resources Ltd., Asamera Inc., Cominco Ltd. and Canarc Resources. He is also a director of several listed junior resource companies, including Bayswater Uranium and Serengeti Resources. |
