The Rob Property lies approximately 80 kilometres northeast of Fort St James and 30 kilometres east of Terrane Metals' Mt. Milligan copper-gold deposit. The property consists of 11 mineral claims with a total area of 4,800 hectares.

Historical exploration completed on the Rob Property include an Airborne Magnetics-EM-Apparent Resistivity survey completed in 1990 and a multi-element soil geochemistry program completed in 2004. Coincident gold-copper-molybdenum geochemical signatures coincide with the northern extent of a regional scale magnetic anomaly and regional RGS lake sampling. The soil anomalies also coincide with interpreted conductive zones from the 1990 airborne program. Analytical results of gold revealed 43 of 440 samples in excess of 100 ppb Au with 3 in excess of 1000 ppb Au.

An IP survey consisting of 2 lines spaced 1400 metres apart was recently completed. A high chargeability corridor was delineated between the EM conductors and coinciding with the geochemical anomalies.

The next phase of exploration will be additional IP and drill testing.
